Shipping policy

1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to addresses within India. At this time we do not ship internationally. (If you do offer international shipping, specify the countries and conditions.)

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) after payment confirmation, unless otherwise noted (e.g., pre-orders or custom-made products).

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use reliable courier partners. Typical domestic delivery timeframes are:

  • Metro cities & major hubs: 2-5 business days after dispatch

  • Tier-2 / Tier-3 / remote locations: up to 7-10 business days after dispatch
    These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary due to external factors (weather, logistics, public holidays).

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered for orders over a threshold (e.g., ₹ [insert amount]).

5. Risk & Title
Title and risk in the products pass to you when the product is handed over to the courier for delivery.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You may monitor delivery status with the courier.

7. Incomplete or Incorrect Delivery Details
Please ensure shipping address, PIN code and recipient name are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery.

8. Lost, Damaged or Missing Items
If your shipment is lost, arrives damaged, or items are missing, please contact our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery in case of non-arrival). Provide order number, courier tracking number, and photo evidence (if applicable). We will promptly investigate and arrange for replacement or refund according to our Returns & Exchanges policy.

9. Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If your order is returned to us by the courier (for undeliverable address, refusal, failed delivery attempts, etc.), we will notify you. You may choose for us to resend the order (you may bear additional shipping costs) or receive a refund (less any shipping or handling costs paid by us).

Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons, sales, public holidays or other disruptions beyond our control.
