Refund policy

At Giggle Gear World, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., unitards, kids’ wear, undergarment-style products) may not be eligible unless damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used products
  • Items without original tags/packaging
  • Customized or personalised items
  • Discounted, clearance, or sale items (if marked “final sale”)

3. Return Process

  • Contact our Customer Care with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will approve and guide you through the return process.
  • You must ship the product back to us using a reliable courier.
  • Once returned, our quality-check team will inspect the product.
  • After QC approval, we will process your refund or replacement.

Note: We currently do not offer doorstep pickup in all locations. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective/damaged.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Refunds can be issued in the following ways:
  • Original payment method (UPI/Bank/Card/Wallet)
  • Store credit / coupon for future purchases

Refund processing time:

QC Inspection: 2–4 business days after receiving the return

Refund credit: 3–7 business days depending on your payment provider

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong item received

If the requested replacement is not in stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you received an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect size/color/item

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the product received
  • Packaging photos

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return request.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or payment app.
  • Contact your bank/payment provider.

If still unresolved, contact us and we will verify the status.
